On Jan. 30, I ordered 7 photo on canvas prints from CanvasDiscount.com. I never received an order confirmation or summary. I waited until Feb. 8 and called them. I got an answer and the gentleman gave me my order number and told me the day I sent my photos their server was down. Said it was up and running and that he would FedEx my canvases to me in 2 days, free of charge. I have called about 7-8 times since looking for my order and get an answering machine that says their mailbox is full. I've sent 3 emails with no response. As many times as I've ordered successfully online, this is a disgrace and gives online ordering a bad reputation. DON'T order from this company!!
