I am a single parent who is on benefits, went to bank to withdraw my child tax credits and there was only £20.00 in my account. I have 2 young kids, gas and electricity to buy aswell as food and nappies. Now i have never heard or even looked at this company online why have they got my bank details. This is all wrong and im in process of speaking to trading standards about this and if i have to go to the papers i will. This has left me and my kids without heating untill it gets resolved. I am furious.
