I paid for the postage and handling on line on December 28th.
I have now been charged 4 times since then in January and i have not received any product, not even the free trial.
I called the customer care line, I could hardly hear the young lady, who kept telling me that my account had been cancelled and that if I didn't receive the product in a week I would get a full refund. I kept telling her that makes no sense, and asked her repeatedly why I haven't received anything.
Anyway, I hope it is cancelled, i called my bank and disputed it, however this will take a while. Does anyone know the email address to complain and ask for refunds?
I just cant believe they have scammed so many people, we have to do something. This is the first time this has happened to me.
