I ordered the '42.00' sample, I received the sample and a package with two applications. I immediately upon receipt called to cancel my order and request return shipping instructions. My credit card had already been charged, before I received the item. I was told that since I had contacted them after the 8 day 'window' for returns, that they would not refund my money and it would not be credited to my credit card. Note that I did not even receive the product before my credit card was charged, and I did not keep the product even one day before calling to return it. This is a true scam and completely false advertising of the offer.
