Signed up to the auction site. Purchased a $99.00 bid pack.in addition, bid and purchased 7 items. I did not receive any of them. I contacted their support desk on 1/14. They assured me that they re-sent the items and to wait 21 days for receipt. I still do not have anything and it's now 2/8. I contacted them again. No response.
