No idea how they got my information. 2 cents was deposited and 3 days later 11 cents were taken. I know this is a small amount but if this is happening to 1000 people a day it starts to ad up. They were helpful when I called them though even though they did not believe me. They said it is automatic and that it is impossible to happen because it is computerized. The escalation line is 855-779-1940
