I paid off a settlement offer by this company and now I have another company who says they are the same company but don't have any record of my settlement or payment. I spoke to the company I paid and they said it was charged off in October. So I have two companies that say they are the same. One or both of these companies is committing fraud. I want to get my money back and pay what I owe but it's proving to be a challenge.
