A young black man told me that he will get a second chance in life when I subscribe for a magazine

I young black man who claimed was a father asked me to help him get a second chance in life. He asked me if I believed in second chanse in life. I said I did. He asked me to subscribe for a magazine of my choice and make an additional $15 donation. I did. After two months I called the number on my receipt to ask why no magazine came to my door. I left a message and was promised a call back. After numerous messages and no call back I E-mailed them. No response... Now it is up to you to decide if you want to give someone a second chanse...
