Ought a laptop, system failure after 4 months, comet only offered to fix it, 2 months later system failure and again comet offered to fix it, a month later complete system failure and yet again comet only offered to fix it, 3 times it broke down within 11 months of buying it, asked for a refund, " denied ", asked for areplacement, "denied ", still trying to either get a laptop or refund, but i suspect the answer will be " denied "
