I bought what I thought to be genuine uggs in December. I have only worn the boots twice and the zip has broken already. I have tried to email the company a couple of times but had no reply. I have now seen on the internet lots of people have had problems with this company and is selling fake Uggs. I would like a refund but don't think this will happen.
