I won, three separate auctions. 20 days after the first auction was won, and no tracking number was received, I was advised that due to low stock this shipment had been cancelled, and the value of the goods would be credited in bid vouchers. I have logged onto the website today and guess what? No chance of being able to contact the support. I have requested the amount i have spent on bid vouchers to be credited back to my credit card, and will wait with baited breath! Do not use them!
