I started on Dealfun in Nov and have logged many comlaints with them. Items I have won, many I am still waiting for, such as an Android Tablet won in Nov for one, and I purchased that one, did not win it. I found out one item with them besides not sending out what people have won. That is the difference between a BID and a VOUCHER. If you purchase BIDS, and start bidding, there is something called BUT NOW, well with BIDS, it takes the price down. Vouchers do not. When they offered me Vouchers, after I caught on, I told them no, I wan REAL BIDS, because I paid for those BIDS, either that, or credit my account, one or the other, they did give me my BIDS back. I found this out when bidding on an item that was about 29.00 and suddenly, a pop-up came up telling me that the BUY NOW price was lower and to kit the button to BUY the item now, it looks like the same pop-up one gets when they win something. I did that about 2 times, then when it did it again, it would not permit me to buy it saying I did not put a REAL BID on the item. I complained about it, they offered Vouchers, I demanded my bids back and told them to look at the bidding, which they have the capability of doing and either let me buy it or give me the bids back. Still waiting. I complained again and this one woman said "we give you vouchers", I said, vouchers are not real bids, I know the difference. Still waiting. I have talked with my credit card company and if I do not hear or see something in the mail this week, I will DISPUTE EACH AND EVERY CHARGE, AS MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAS CALLED ME ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!! Other than that, I am still waiting as I have not received ANYTHING I WON OR PURCHASED SINCE THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER, STARTING WITH THAT ANDROID TABLET. Do not get sucked up in their scam, i did and it has cost me. They are thiefs in my opinion. Nina
