I have received two letters saying I had won a contest. The first letter said I won $1,400, 000.00 under ID# 2298696143 and asking for $19.99 fee, which had to be submitted no later then 10 days. I did send the money. The second letter said I won $2,160, 000.00 under ID#2301084600 and I should send $34.99 to receive the prize. Both from the same address but different prizes. I did not send the $34.99 because of the two different prize moneys under difference ID#. I believe this all a scam, am I correct?
