What was the order, I did not place any order, please specify product or service. My account was also charged on the 01/24. Can you give me a reason why my account is being charged continuously. I have not given any authorization to any website provider. I have unsubscribed numerous times. You have not acknowledged my membership and you do not send a reminder or a precept to notify any charges. I would like an explanation as to determine the reason for the applied charges.
