My Time rewards uses pop ups on the wedsite of thetrainline when I reach the payment step, it says you will get 15pounds back but it does not says you have to pay 10pounds per month as the membership fee and it charge me twice a month since i book train tickets twice that means i got double memebership, so from Decemer to February, they have charged me 40pounds with my authrouty! I want my money back!!!
