Purchased top of the line Sealy Crown Jewel box spring and materas in April
Also purchased extra warranty againt manufacturer defectat the time of purchase.
The materas was defective after 2 years and an inpector from the company (The Brick) was sent to verifie this defect and sent a report to that effect.
A replacement materas was sent to us of inferior quality and did not match the box spring as originally purchased
We refuse to take deliveryof the replacement materas, called the manager of the Brick store in Pt-Claire, that refused to speak to us.
His employee indicated that the manager could not do anything about this. What a scam and certainly bad business ethics and customer service.
The representation made to us a the moment of purchase is that any manufacturer defect would be covered under the additional warranty for same quality and new.
Clients of the Brick are paying for additional warrantees under false representation. When it come time to honor their warrantee, they dont.
I need help to resolve this situation
