Jeff Lunguy of Lima Ohio stated that his company Lex Liam Corporation could guarantee a $15,000 line of credit for my small business, however he will need a upfront processing fee of $2,000 US. Over a Six month period while making payments Mr. Lunguy was very encouraging and informative about the product and services and once process fee was completed so did my communication with Mr. Lunguy dissolved. After he received all funds of $2,000 Jeff A. Lunguy then told me two days later that his lenders are no longer accepting applications due to fraudulent practices with its affiliates. I immediately requested a refund in which the contract stated. Jeffrey Lunguy responded by forwarding the documents to me, then he closed his website, changed his contact number and I never heard from him again. I notified Lima Police Dept. And Attorney General of Ohio about this scam and how I never received my refund. I recently hired a private investigator and attorney but he is on the run from my understanding for owing thousands of other victims money. I reported him to the BBB. Currently in 2012 I am still in aggressive in pursuit to retrieve what I lost through fraudulent practices by Jeff Lunguy.
