Paid $70.98 for iTunes Subscription Apple Says Does Not Exist

I paid a 3 years unlimited subscription to download whatever I like from i-tunes at a cost of 70.98 $, they sent a password, but it failed. When I contacted Apple, they informed me that they don't have such a type of subscription option. Although I did pay via what appeared to me as a legitimate Apple web site.
