I purchased one Logitech revue from circuitcity.com from their website on thursday (2/2) for $99 - had a coupon so price dropped to $79.
1. When contacting customer care after the item was shipped they informed that this product does not come with the main part a key board.
2. Their website, http://www.circuitcity.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.Asp? EdpNo=1822467&CatId=4679
Never said that they are not going to provide the keyboard, the details and specification mentioned the KEYBOARD but they are just decepting the customers by showing photos that it does not have the key board.
3. It is just like you are selling a TV without remote.
4. It was good that I knew that you need the remote to run the TV (Keyboard required for Revue) — new customers will be in problem and they have to buy another highly costly keyboard as well.
5. No where in their product page they are referring that they are not providing the keyboard.
