I ordered a pair of Ugg Boots through 4uggsboots.com for my granddaughter's birthday and received a confirmation of the order and payment details. The note said once payment had been cleared I would be sent a further e-mail with shipping details and tracking number. I waited several days before trying to contact them by both e-mail and telephone. No reply to either.
