Chapter 13 Bankruptcy filling was a scam!

Mr. Charles L. Wardell was hired to help my husband keep our dream house that we built in 2007. Mr. Wardell asked for my husbands bank statements and payroll stubs and tax papers. After going over all this it gave him a snapshot of what our financial.
Mr. Wardell asked that $655.00 be paid for 2 months, $805.00 for 2the months and lastly $855.00 for 44 months. All the I monies collected went to him and the trustee. We paid him ahead of time.
In paying $855. Monthly Mr. Wardell asked that we also pay $3151.34 for 6 months. Knowing that we could not afford those payments, he asked also that we sign our current home over to him.
When we had been given another opportunity to be restored Mr. Wardell told AHB not to give us another opportunity to keep our dream house. Also the monies collected went to him and the trustee instead of the bank.
