Joined online on 23/1 and was instructed that there would be a one off payment of £5.21. On checking my account on 3/2 i noticed a payment of £41.90 or $59.95 and was shocked as i was not informed st any stage that this would happen. I have contacted my bank and have been informed that they can not recover this but have sent me a form that will stop any further payments. I have not recieved any communications from eprofits or anything to be blunt. I am a disabled ex prison officer and money is tight at the best of times. These people must be stopped.
