I have checked my account this week as i had received my ESA, from which i received every 2 weeks. Only to discover that £67.70 had been taken out of my account. I get £77 now all is gone. I phoned by bank, they informed that i would need to contact the company. I did. I got through and was rudely dismissed and informed that i have reach the reception and she would pass on my details for advisor to get in touch with me. I have been waiting and waiting and nobody has got back to me. Please could someone tell me how i can rectify this problem. Presently i have no gas and the electric is about to run out.
