We went to Wal - mart to fill two presciptions. We informed the clerk that there were two differant ones. One was on my wal-mart plan and the other was on a state covered injury. We informed the clerk and reaffirmed it. After waiting the 45 min. Time alotted, we were informed that there was a turn down on the medication from the state. We asked if she had tryed to put both on the state, and were informed by Kayla that it was not. After waiting another hour for the problem to be solved we had to leave. When we arrived home I called to see what the problem was from the state. L&I office told me that Kayla had indeed tried to put both presciptions together. After being treated extremely rude for suggesting to the drop off window that this might be the case, we were rudely dismissed for the thought. After waiting the additional time, we then decided to pick up the one presciption to the amusment of Kayla. A good chuckle came from her when she was informed I wanted her name. ANYONE who could get a laugh at anothers pain and frustation and be willing to out right lie about a mistake that it caused, should not be working in a medical field of any sort. My continued support of Wal-Marts pharmacy is still a matter of concern to me. Thank you for this opportunity to release some of my frustration. It can not relieve the humility I feel having been lied to and made to waste my time waiting for an answer that was already known by the one who lied.
