I was charged for "premium services" on my T-mobile bill that I did not order and have no idea what they are.
I called T-mobile they said they would stop future bills but could not reverse the charge. They also put a "hold" on my account so that these types of things could not happen.

T-mobile gave me this number to call to request a refund:
1 (866) 777-5202. I called and left a message that I want a refund. Also, the out going phone message said to email customer support at: support@textalertsnow.com.
I emailed a refund request as well.

I googled the number and came up with this URL:
http://textalertsnow.com/

It says to cancel your membership, text STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE to 99716 at any time.
I did that too.

I am not hopeful that I will get my $9.99 back.
