I was offered a loan of 30,000.00 but I had to first pay a fee for the processing and then I had to pay another fee for a certificate. I was told then the loan would go into my account. Come to find out I have now been told i need to pay another 350.00 for an anti terrorist certificate. So I went to the google to see if this is really true. I feel stupid.
