This company offers authentic ocean decor which they NEVER ship but charge your credit card within minutes. Their customer service is a joke. They have two people replying to the customers, they never pick up the phone and will only contact you via e-mail/text. They don't offer any form of product information and when you ask for a tracking number they claim the post office lost the item. There are many unhappy customers out there who have had no choice but to file lawful complains in order to get a refund. This company needs to be investigated and taken of the internet, they are nothing but scam artist.
