This is how I found out this was a scam, I email the property manager this morning.

I went on line looking for 2 bedroom apartment and I came across one that that fit our needs. But it doesn't seem right, Ive already paid $870 as per the contract and now they (clickandbuy) wants another $870. I've been dealing with Pierre Roggart who says he owns an apartment that building. He says he lives in London, England with his wife. He wont even give me the apartment number cause according to him everything is in the package that is held up at clickandbuy untill they receive another payment. I sent him am email stating that I wouldn't release another payment until I get the package. He has not responded yet, so I contacted the biulding property manager this morning and he said it's on on going scam and that the it's been reported numerous time and ad has been deleted. First payment was made through Western Union in Nova Scotia by my husband. I have request my money back via email to clickandbuy as per their contgract upon opening an account and to Pierre Roggart... Still not response from either of them. All eamils from clickandbuy states that 100% money back and using Western union money is 100% protected by their company. Well I lost and they gained.
