I bought the trial products and paid for the postage. They then charged me £74.95 for more products I had not asked for or received.
I telephoned them on on their customer care number (see moneysaving expert article on google) and told them to cancel my account and refund the £74.95. The lady said she would and gave me a refund number and said they would email me and that I would not be charged any more. Waiting to see if this happens!!
