Ocwen is a mortgage company also a debt collector, i have applied for 3 different loand modification, and some how they have made it so each one has been declined. The first was because they took my payment and applied it to the escrow account, and said i did not make the payment on time. The second one they refuse the december payment and when i did pay it on time they applied it to jan and said i did not meed the agreement. The 3rd was because i did not sign a agreement paper which i did not get in the mail. So they declined this, now they are do a forclosure. How can this happen. I have done everything they has asked me to do and they still find a way to decline the loan modificaton.
