I purchase a 2007 Kia Sorento after being told that it was a local trade and it had AWD. I require a vehicle with 4WD or AWD due to where I live. After all the contracts were signed I discovered that neither of these claims were true. After a year of trying to work with them to resolve this I was told to go ahead and file complaints because they were done dealing with me.
