I purchased a dog harness and lead ttal amount £35.74. The harness was not suitable and I returned it to an address I found onn the site Bede Industrial Estate, Jarrow, Tyne & Wear. Having heard nothing from the company I then emailed them - they came back saying that they had nothing to do with Jarrow and gave me a completley different address. I am now dowm £16.75 plus the recorded delivery of £2.93 - now I cannot find the company on the webb and the address given to me for the return
