I went onto the above site for information on a loan, they requested my details to run a check on my credit history. I then recieved mulitiple emails from different loan companies, i decided against taking out a loan and unsubscribed to all the emails. I am now overdrawn in my account because £67.59 has been taken out my account. Nothing should of been taken, if this is a brokers fee it should be refunded. £5 is the maximum charge as legislation is in place and the office of fair trading will be notified.
