I thought i was applying for a loan on january 13th i never got the loan but these guys charged me 99.81 for a account that i never applyied for and they are refusing to reply to my emails or evens ca riped me off

On january 13 i and my wife was applying for a 2500 dollair loan some how this company got our information and billed us for something we don't want we never got the loan. I have sent them 3 emails trying to correct this but they still have not replied. I don't know what else to do they will not put a phone number on there web site so i can call them to fix this prolemn.
