Longchamp/Black purse
Poor defective quality, and poor customer service, US

I received my first Longchamp bag ten years ago. Dark, smooth, and fairly large. I applied it for couple of years, also it was in excellent form, hardly displaying any indication of utilization. Nevertheless, it had been a sizable and fairly shoulder bag. I got a rest from sporting it for couple of years. To my shock, the color of the wallet began to come down, as well as in reality it stained the leather of another carrier, a Furla. I got the spot off the Furla, but I also realized that the color of my Longchamp was searching boring, also it was used down. It was really shocking in my experience. It had been stored in my own wardrobe, as well as additional custom luggage (louis vutton, furla, neimanmarcus, and low-custom bsgs). It was the only real bag which endured the increasing loss of shade.

I approached the Customer Support of Longchamp in Ny. They asked me to deliver it around. As time passes, they called back and stated that the bag isn't repairable... Which it's not really a produce problem. I'm very interested to get a bag which price ten years previously $500 - could it be regular for that color to use down, from remaining in the wardrobe? And why did this occur simply to that one, and nothing happend to some of my different custom and low-custom bags?

The client support in Ny did have an attitude with me, and essentially told me the bag is also outdated and this design isn't actually created anymore... (Do I worry about this???) which it CAn't be set. I'm truly astonished at their restrictions, when I do think it might simply be re dyed.

Anyway, obviously, in my opinion these bags aren't worse the cash. I don't mind spending, if you find quality and customer support, but I'll not buy in the again, as well as I keep informing this tale to my friends.
