Ordered by phone 11/1 on their frustrating automated system. The should-have-been 5 minute called lasted almost 30 minutes as they keep trying to sell you and sell you. Emailed them *as you can't call) last month and they sent a "back ordered 4-6 weeks—maybe longer" response. Sent another email yesterday and they said my order shipped 3 weeks ago but I did not provide an address; they sent it to the local Post Office. Opened pkg. To find 2 bottles & 6 sponges. No price breakdown on charges so I send another email and their response: The FREE sponges cost $7.95 for handling. To handle the Groutbullys they charged $15.90—CRAZYor what—you tell me! ~
