I shipped a package with ups there were 3 boxes taped tohether i paid for insurance during shipping one of the boxes came apart from the others and was lost i tried to file a claim and they refuse to pay it they said i didnt right the address on every box but in 13 years of sending this i have never been told u had to label every box and it is not posted in the ups station where i shipped the package
