UPS
Insured box taped to others lost and claim refused

I shipped a package with UPS. There were 3 boxes taped together. I paid for insurance during shipping. One of the boxes came apart from the others and was lost. I tried to file a claim and they refuse to pay it. They said I didn't right the address on every box, but in 13 years of sending this i have never been told u had to label every box and it is not posted in the UPS station where i shipped the package
