Rip-off! Unfair treatment to blacks who live in this development

Riverstone in Owings Mills, MD advertises that you will love living there and boast about the luxury living in their development but what they don't tell you is that if you are black and move here anything any of the white tenants say about you will be accepted as being totally true and you will be evicted at a moments notice without regard to you are your children.

The black people and their children will not be allowed to use the pool or club room without undergoing a battery of questions and showing ID that will be kept until you finish playing pool or whatever inside the clubhouse. However, if you are white, you and your children will be allowed free run of the property and use of facilities. If you are white, you and your children will never be questioned about anything.

They also will allow every tenant with a dog (and almost every tenant have one) to let their dog poop on the grass and leave it there so your young children will never be able to play in the grass and your school age children may mistakenly walk in the poop and ruin shoes.

They will never vacuum or clean your hallway or steps the entire time you live there. They will not clean up any icy steps or icy parking lot and if you are black and call the rental office for service they will act like they are writing a ticket to service you but never really do so you don't get needed service in your apartment unless you are white.

They discriminate between their black tenants and white tenants. They only let the blacks move there because they have to but they will make your life living there a nightmare in addition to the fact that the rent is high.
