Told Service Was Free, Then Charged $14.95 With $35 Pending

They said it was free if I did not accept the question. This morning when I woke up and checked my account, I was charged $14.95 right away and $35.00 was pending. I tried to log on so I could check "not accept," but it won't let me back in. There are no phone numbers anywhere to call them. Is this a scam? I cannot afford this, as I have a very sick husband to take care of.
