Im a military guy and signed up for the $4.95 trial offer but then started getting cartridges sent to me that I didn't order. I just now noticed that they have billed my credit card twice for $54.90. When I tried to call customer service I got some woman who said all the customer service reps were busy and would call me back within 48 hours... This company ripped me off. Do not fall for their scam. They actually have a decent product but this deceptive practice screams out for a class-action lawsuit.
