I called to cancel— the charges for December were already posted, but I had asked earlier for them to stop the account. Then I received my January bill and there was another charge. When I called, they had "no record" of my phone call. They also have no one to contact above the customer service (an oxymoron) supervisor.- the address I finally got is for a UPS store in Delaware.
