Manhattan Riches said they were selling internet time, you could buy $10.00 at a time, play games on the internet and win money. For every $10.00, you received a raffle ticket and they said they were having a drawing on 01/28 and had to be present to win a laptop computer. The drawing was supposed to be at 9 P.M.
There was about 10 people that showed up, but not the owners.

Please investigate.
