I called Free credit report inforfcr.com two years ago and told them to stop taking money out of my bank account. They said I needed to give them my social security number over the phone. I refused and they said that they could not help me. I called again to cancel. They could not find my account with my name, zip code, date of birth, email, phone number, and last four digits of my social security. I requested to speak with a supervisor and the customer service person said that one was not available and did not say that one would call me later when available. I am disgusted.
