Pop up window appeared on screen and i deleted it and next couple of hours i got a call from my bank stateing that someone has withdrawn funds from my bank account. I questioned the bank to cancell the trasatction and it was to late. Some how they hacked into my computer and retrieved my account details. Since then I had to cancel my account and start up a new account this was advised by my bank. So can you help in any way.
