I just notice the sums debit from my bank account.
My bank gave me their details to call them, to my notice I was subsequently sent a text informing me that they are going to take funds from my account. Well this is fraud as Ive never heard of the company.
They had my postal code an false address, but my bank details saying that was view they site for a loan in May. Well as I said I DID visit lots of site and only input my bank details as the Trading Standards said it is fraud for any of these to take sum for one for proving loan companies.
Ive now written to them and seeking full refunds and compensation plus interest on my funds and also reporting them to the relevant authorities.
