Ripoff

Instant tax service had me sign for a rapid refund and it was a lie. They had in writing i would have the money on Jan. 27. I was told by phone call on Jan. 26 that due to IRS having so many refunds that it will be Jan. 30. I was told today (Jan. 27) that it may be a week.

They blamed it on IRS again. I only recieved a $50.00 Advance on Jan. 03. Now I am still waiting.

They should not promise something they cant deliver. I bet they lost this customer and I hope many more due to their bad business practices.
