I applied for a loan from this company. I was approved. I signed a contract that stated I was guaranteed a $3000 loan for a collateral fee of $408.00. I paid the $408.00 and then the loan officer said that their lender requested another $408 collateral fee and Bryson would pay $208 and I would have to pay $200. I did that. Then the loan officer said their lender refused the company's $208 and that the borrower had to pay it. I refused to pay any more because of the signed guaranteed contract.
