He sent me a letter telling me to answer right away, it was urgent, so he could tell me my future (money, a lot) to send him $19.95 as soon as possible so he could help me, if I waited, he could not help me. I am very naive, and gave him my credit card # (Visa) with the amount to withdraw. I checked the web sites and he is known as a fraud, he never gets back with people he received money from.
I am a very low income person, and I would hate for him to use my credit card for more than I bargained for. I do want my money back.
The address I have for him: David Phild, 254 eighth Avenue#887, New York, N.Y. 0011. Because I read some of the complaints as fraud, I would like to have my money back.
He says that if I am not satisfied to write to him. I am surprised that he has not written already, since he said that I had to act right away. I sent me my e-mail address: (Personal Information Removed), but he has not responded, and now knowing that he is a fraud, I will probably never hear from him.
