Ripoff he used my paypal account, on Ebay, with the idea that it was a loan, I have emails stating that it was a loan. He never repaid me, and keeps saying, that the money is in mail, it is fraud

David Levi asked me for a small loan, to use my Paypal accountant, as he didnt have a credit card. He specificall said that, he would send me the money immediately.

It has been over 3 months, and, no money. He keeps saying that, the money is in the mail. I also have actual emails and instant messenger conversations, whereby, he says that he is paying me back.

To date, no money and I think that he is a fraud.

I also reported it to Paypal, but, they did nothing. Please do something, so that he doesnt do this t another person.
