I went on my bank online citizens bank and i saw a "pre-authorized debit cash today no act no. No phone no. I had to call my bank to get the no. And when i got thru a guy says, after waiting on this call, that the system crashed is down call back in 5 minutes totally bogus bogus my hope is it's only 30 bucks and not more im powerless to these cockroaches excuse me but the word definitely applies here thanks penney 95
